Meeting with Peach County Democrats at a statewide candidate forum in Fort Valley, Democratic Georgia Public Service Commission candidate John Noel (appearing with Lt. Gov. candidate Triana Arnold James) points out the place cards he made for his no-show opponents, who don’t like to leave Atlanta.
