Vernon Jones (D-Undisclosed location), who treats DeKalb County politics much like a tornado treats a trailer park, was already in a bit of a bind. His main 2016 primary challenger had returned for a 2020 rematch, this time with seasoned campaign manager Leah Fuhr and a small army of three dozen volunteers, according to the campaign.
