On the way back from a trip, I stopped by the Macon Barnes and Noble this afternoon and saw that  the good people there are ready for the book signing this Thursday, August 30. If you’re in Middle Georgia, drop by. I’ll be signing copies of Brambleman and Chain Gang Elementary from 6 p.m. to whenever. Maria Miaoulis at Reading for Pleasure has given Brambleman five stars. In her review, Maria writes: … (Grant) keeps the suspense building throughout the entire book. There’s no way to guess how it will end since you never know what each turn of the page will bring. Among other things, she says: Grant obviously has spent a great deal of time researching the people of this great state, and I feel he did a really good job of bringing it all the life. The characters are all wonderfully developed, unique, and grow (most of them) through the course of the book. All-in-all, I can highly recommend this excellent story. … the ending is well worth the trip and literally gave me goosebumps.
