Today, on Twitter, Donald Trump strongly (as in all caps) suggests his hand-picked Attorney General, Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions, is a disgrace to his presidency. At this point, a legal question: Can an attorney general be flipped?
Or is Trump trying to prove he’s not obstructing justice by being so bad at it?
Why is A.G. Jeff Sessions asking the Inspector General to investigate potentially massive FISA abuse. Will take forever, has no prosecutorial power and already late with reports on Comey etc. Isn’t the I.G. an Obama guy? Why not use Justice Department lawyers? DISGRACEFUL!
